Massage Services

Relaxation Massage
Pamper yourself with a hands-on, light-to-medium pressure full body massage. Also known as a Swedish massage, Relaxation massage aids in relieving muscle tension, stimulating circulation, improving muscle tone, and promoting mind and body relaxation.

Therapeutic/Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue techniques aim to work the deeper fascia and muscles of the body to release adhesions and restrictions. This treatment helps alleviate muscle tension, tightness, and inflammation. Hydroculator packs are added to the massage to help facilitate circulation and allow for greater tissue pliability.

Pregnancy Massage
Provides an effective means to decrease many of the discomforts of pregnancy, reduce stress, and provide nurturing and social contact to pregnant women. Special attention is given to ensure the comfort of the expectant mother. Side-lying positioning with supportive cushions are used to alleviate any strain on the lower back.

Reflexology
Involves the application of gentle pressure to reflex points located on all parts of the feet. These points relate to the internal organs, glands, and structures of the body. Pressure on reflex points can affect and normalize the functioning of the body.

Aromatherapy Massage
A therapeutic massage with the use of fragrant oils extracted from herbs, fruits, and flowers to naturally stimulate the nervous system and enhance the benefits of massage therapy. Essential oils are infused with our signature lotion.
